Share one booking link.
The rest fold around it.

busyfold gives you booking links, one-time links, and private free/busy sync across Google and Microsoft calendars. When a meeting lands, the slot is protected everywhere else.

Public booking pages, host calendar invites, and sync blocks stay in one workflow.

How it works

Set it once. Then forget it.

Connect your Google and Microsoft calendars, decide where availability should be mirrored, and share booking links that only show real open slots.

  1. Connect your calendars

Authorize the Google or Microsoft accounts busyfold should protect. Calendars can provide availability, receive sync blocks, host bookings, or all three.

  2. Create links and rules

Draw sync connections, then create reusable booking types or one-time links with durations, buffers, daily caps, min notice, and meeting locations.

  3. Let it protect the slot

When an event or booking lands, busyfold writes generic unavailable blocks across the calendars you selected without copying source-event details.

Invitees can book, reschedule, or cancel through public links; hosts keep control of the calendars and guardrails behind them.

Scheduling

Turn availability into booking links.

Create reusable meeting types or single-use links. Invitees pick a real open slot, busyfold writes the event to your calendar, and the rest of your connected calendars fold around it.

Source-calendar conflict checks
Buffers, min notice, and daily caps
Google or Microsoft host calendars
Invitee reschedule and cancel links

Scheduling is included in Pro, with public booking pages, one-time links, and self-service manage links for every confirmed meeting.

See it work

Busy in, blocked out.

Wire your calendars together on a canvas, and busyfold mirrors busy time across them. The details are left out of the generated blocks, so connected calendars receive availability instead of source titles or notes.

Connect your calendars

Connect a source calendar to the destinations that should mirror it. Each calendar's role — source, destination, or both — follows the connections you draw.

Source Work [email protected] Connected in → out Source Side project [email protected] Connected in → out Dual Personal [email protected] Connected in → out Destination Freelance [email protected] Connected in → out Source Destination Dual

Mix Google and Microsoft, work and personal — fan one calendar out to many, wired however your week actually works.

Features

Everything it does, quietly.

Powerful where it counts, invisible the rest of the time.

  • Details stay out

Destination calendars receive availability blocks only. Busyfold stores OAuth grants and sync metadata, but source titles, guests, notes, and locations are not copied into the blocks it writes.

  • Near-instant sync

Push notifications trigger updates the moment your calendar changes; scheduled sweeps catch anything missed.

  • Never double-booked

Sync skips real events and your own manual blocks, while booking links check connected calendars before showing a slot.

  • Booking links

Create reusable meeting types on your public handle, or send a single-use link when the meeting needs tighter control.

  • Availability-aware slots

Slots honor source calendars, buffers, min notice, max-days windows, and daily caps before anyone can book.

  • Self-service changes

Every booking carries a manage link so invitees can reschedule or cancel without another email thread.

  • Tidy by default

Adjacent busy periods within your gap threshold merge into one clean block, so calendars stay readable.

  • Your window, your rules

Sync as far ahead as you like — anywhere from a single day to a full year.

  • Weekends off

Optionally leave Saturdays and Sundays untouched, evaluated in your own timezone.

  • Make it yours

Pick the title and colour busyfold paints on destination calendars.

  • Across all your calendars

Connect your Google and Microsoft calendars and choose exactly which ones mirror each other.

Data minimization

Your calendar details are not republished.

busyfold needs calendar access to sync in the background. It is designed to copy when you are busy into connected calendars, not what you are busy with. Booking events use the invitee details submitted for that meeting, but source calendar details still are not republished into sync blocks.

Used to operate

  • The start and end time of each busy period
  • A generic unavailable marker on the destination
  • OAuth grants and sync metadata needed to keep calendars current
  • Invitee details only when they submit a booking form

A generic sync block shows that time is taken without copying source event details. Booking-form details are used for the meeting invite the invitee asked to create.

Not copied into blocks

  • Source event titles
  • Source guests & attendees
  • Source descriptions & notes
  • Source locations
  • Source attachments & links
  • Source video-call details

busyfold may process provider event data during sync, but these details are discarded instead of being written to destination calendars.

FAQ

Questions, folded out.

The short answers on privacy, syncing, and control — before you connect a single calendar.

Does busyfold see my event details?

Busyfold needs OAuth access to the calendars you connect so the backend can sync them. It minimizes what it stores and republishes: destination calendars get generic busy blocks, not source titles, guests, notes, locations, or links.

Will it double-book me or clutter my calendar?

No. busyfold won't write over real events or your own manual blocks. Booking links check connected source calendars, buffers, min notice, and daily caps before a slot is shown.

Can people book time with me through busyfold?

Yes, on Pro. Create reusable booking types on your public handle or send one-time links. When someone books, busyfold creates a real event on your Google or Microsoft host calendar and includes a manage link for rescheduling or cancellation.

How fast does it sync?

Almost instantly — the moment your calendar changes, the blocks update.

Which calendars can I connect?

Any Google or Microsoft (Outlook) calendars you authorize. Each account grants access directly, and a single account can act as both a source and a destination.

Does it work with more than one account?

Yes. Mix Google and Microsoft freely — any account can mirror to or from any other. Free covers 2 calendars; Pro starts at 5 and you can add more in packs of 5.

Can I customise the blocks it creates?

Yes — choose the title and colour busyfold paints on destination calendars, set how far ahead it syncs, merge nearby blocks, and optionally skip weekends. Booking types also have durations, buffers, min notice, daily caps, and locations.

What booking details are shared?

Source calendar details are not republished into sync blocks. For scheduling, the invitee details submitted on the booking form are used to create and manage that specific calendar invite.
